Terms & Conditions
The rules for using this website — what you may do with what is on it, and what we do and do not promise about it.
Last updated:
These terms govern your use of undercodes.net. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
What these terms are not
They are not a contract for work. Any project we take on is governed by the proposal and the agreement signed for it, and nothing on this page changes, limits or replaces what that agreement says.
Who we are
UnderCodes, a distributed technology company with team members and representation in the United States and Colombia. Contact: [email protected].
Using the site
You may read the site, quote from it with attribution and a link, and share those links freely.
You may not use it to break the law, attempt to gain access to parts of it that are not public, interfere with how it works or with anyone else’s use of it, or extract its content systematically — by scraping, crawling beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, or any equivalent means — without our written permission.
What belongs to whom
The name UnderCodes, the logo, the illustrations, the text, the design and the code of this site belong to us or are used under licence. Nothing here grants you a licence to them beyond reading the site and quoting it as described above.
Client names, logos and product names that appear on the site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the work, not to imply any endorsement of us by them.
The work we show
Every project published on this site appears with the client’s authorisation. Some are shown without naming the client, and some figures are withheld, because that is what was agreed. What we show is a description of work delivered; it is not a promise that the same result will follow in a different organisation.
What the site does and does not promise
The content is informational. It is offered in good faith and kept up to date as far as we reasonably can, but it is not professional advice and should not be acted on as though it were. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular piece of content is complete or current.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Links to other sites
Where we link out, we do so because the destination seemed useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed; the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia, and any dispute arising from them will be submitted to the courts of Colombia. If you use the site as a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
